Managing projects takes time. Managing a team? Even more time! So when do you find the time to actually get the work done? You might use other tools that help you schedule meetings, or task lists with due dates. But does anything out there tell you exactly when to do the work? We didn’t think so, which is why we (by we I mean our amazing Dev team - Hey guys!) developed TimeHero. The productivity tool that just works. I’m going to show you exactly how it works and why you just can’t go another day without us.
The first thing you'll do when you start using TimeHero is make a team and invite your teammates. If you don’t work with a team, no problem — TimeHero works just as well for individual users! Now you can assign tasks to your team, share files, comment on projects and keep everything in one place, making it A LOT easier to manage that team and all of the work you have to do. In. One. Place! You will be able to see an overview of what your team is working on so you always know who can take on more work or who might need a bit of a break.
Do you have a side project? Sit on a board? Manage a sports team? We want to keep all of the work you do in one place so we let you make multiple teams for all the hats you wear!
At TimeHero we like to take things a few steps further so we’ve included some features we think you need like project forecasting, workflow templates and your flex factor. Not sure what any of this means? I’ve got you.
Project Forecasting: How do you keep track of your projects? Do you know when projects are at risk of failing? Have you had any tasks slip through the cracks? TimeHero wants to help you keep ALL of your projects on track ALL of the time. We have this thing called a project forecast report that will you show you a real-time forecast of your project so you can see the planned due date and the estimated due date based on vacations, meetings, appointments, work hours, task dependencies, priorities and more so you will always have an early warning for projects that might be at risk of being overdue.
Workflow Templates: We all have processes we repeat over and over again, but how do you keep track of those processes? A check list? In your head? However you do it, I can guarantee TimeHero does it better. We created workflow templates to manage your repetitive process. Set up your workflows once and launch them with just one click every time you have to go through that process. Workflows are made up of tasks, events, headers and booking tasks and you can give these parameters so certain tasks will not start until others are completed. Once you create an account, check out our Marketplace to see workflow templates created by industry professionals!
Flex Factor: This number is small but powerful. TimeHero’s flex factor will tell you exactly how available you are every single day. Taking into consideration all of your tasks, their due dates, priorities and events — you will see an accurate number showing you just how busy you are going to be today, tomorrow, next week, next month or even for the rest of the year. That’s right, TimeHero will show you your flex factor for the year so figuring out when you can afford to take some time off is that much easier.
We understand that trying out new tools isn’t always easy so we want to make sure you are getting the most out of TimeHero from day 1. This is why we've created a few getting started videos and set up our Knowledge Base with articles to help you. We’re also available almost 24/7 to answer any questions you might have!
