How does TimeHero's pricing work?

The free version of TimeHero (Basic plan) is available for teams of up to 2 users. The price of TimeHero Pro is $30 per month for a team of five, billed monthly or annually. Any additional team members can be added to a TimeHero Pro team for $10 per user per month (billed annually) or $12 per user per month (billed monthly.) The price of TimeHero Premium is $65 per month for a team of five when billed annually, and $80 per month for a team of five when billed monthly. Additional team members can be added to a TimeHero Premium team for $19 per user per month (billed annually) or $24 per user per month (billed monthly.) All paid plans have a minimum of five team members. All prices are in USD.

What do I get with a TimeHero Pro or Premium free trial?

You get a free 7-day trial of our Pro or Premium plan! Try out TimeHero risk-free, no credit card required, and take advantage of our in-app support and demos available on request.

What happens at the end of my trial?

At the end of your trial, you'll have the option to subscribe to continue using TimeHero. Should you wish to upgrade at a later date, you won't lose any of your data.

Can we try TimeHero with multiple users?

Absolutely! You can invite one other team member to join you on the Free plan. You can invite as many team members as you'd like when trialling the Pro or Premium plan at. At the end of your Pro or Premium trial you'll have the option to purchase a TimeHero subscription to continue using it. You can upgrade from the billing page at any point during your trial. Do I have to provide payment information up front?

Nope! We do not ask for your credit card information when you sign up for TimeHero. You start out with the Free plan and you can choose to subscribe at any time.

If I want to add more employees to our plan in the future, how would I do that?

TimeHero grows with your company! When you’re logged into TimeHero, just select Team settings from your user menu to add users at any time. You’ll be invoiced for  additional seats if applicable for the remaining period of your subscription.

What payment options are available?

We accept any major credit card. For subscriptions with over 50 members, we can issue an invoice payable by check.

We're a non-profit organization, is there special pricing available?

We offer special pricing to qualified non-profit organizations. Contact our team to learn more.

What happens to my information when I subscribe?

All your projects and history are saved in your account when you subscribe after your trial.
